Mrs. Wiggins was born in Wilkinson County, Georgia, April 16, 1922, daughter of John T. Bunyan Hall and Bessie Hardie Hall, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. (Bob) Wiggins on June 2, 1981, five sisters and two brothers.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Tifton, where she taught primary grade Sunday School and was a choir mother for the children's choir as well. She worked many years in numerous shops in downtown Tifton and Tifton Mall. She also worked at the former Citizens Bank of Tifton. She loved her family and had many friends. She enjoyed working in her yard and had many beautiful flowers that thrived with her tender, loving care.
Survivors include one daughter Yvonne Wiggins Jones (Sam) of Perry, Georgia; one grandson, Alan Jones (Marina); and two great-grandchildren, Madeline Jones and Jonathan Jones, also of Perry, Georgia.
