Stanley Wylie was the youngest of five children born to Wilson and Marian Wylie. He served his country in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean War. Upon his return me met and married
Lowanda McAda "Wanda" Lane on Sept 18, 1954. They raised four children and were married 42 years till his death in 1996 from small cell lung cancer. He left behind his wife, two sons, two daughters and seven grandchildren - three more were born later. He is buried at Washtenong next to his wife and a few yards from his parents.
