Born May 6, 1970, he was preceded in death by his father, Harold Neal.
He was a member of Marshes Siding Church of God.
He is survived by his mother, Sharon Neal Sexton and stepfather, Paul, of Oneida; two children, Natasha and Kayla Neal, both of Stearns, Ky.; the mother of his children, Sherry Berry; grandmother, Betty Neal of Oneida; stepbrother, Paul Sexton, Jr. of Oneida; stepsister, Misty Davis of Knoxville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and many other relatives.
Internment, Ross Cemetery.
