Ada May Reedy,94, of 10873 Morning View Road in Singers Glen, died Monday August 11, 2003, at the home of her daughter.
Ms.Reedy was born February 19, 1909 in Rockingham County and was the daughter of the late Eli Richard and Mary Frances Ritchie Reedy.
She was employed at Rockingham Poultry and Marvel. She was a homemaker and a member of the Morning View Mennonite Church.
Surviving are two sons, Floyd Reedy of Singers Glen and Charlie Reedy of Linville; three daughters Ruth Sonifrank and Shirley Bosserman, both of Broadway and Dorothy Beall of PA; 28 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, 24 great great
grandchildren.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Rev. Harold Emswiler will conduct the funeral at 11 am Wednesday at Mt. Zion Church of the Brethren. Burial will follwer at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 this evening at the McMullen Funeral Home.
