Wendell D. Bagley, 73, Woodston, formerly of Tonasket, Wash., died Friday, Nov. 14, 2008, at Rooks County Health Center, Plainville.

He was born Dec. 21, 1934, in Hinton, Iowa, to Kenneth and Dorothy (Bornholtz) Bagley.

He married Bette Allen on Aug. 27, 1953, in Las Vegas. He was owner of Best Radiator Repair in Tonasket before retiring in 2000. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps, serving during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sons, Wendell Jr. Bagley, Spokane, Wash., Kenneth Bagley, Onawa, Iowa, and Robert Bagley, Woodston; three daughters, Ranae Hogancamp, Watertown, S.D., Debra Murphy, Aurora, Colo., and Tammy Graham, Des Moines, Iowa; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

There will be no services locally; cremation is being planned.

Inurnment will be at a later date in Iowa.

Memorials are suggested to donor's choice in care of Smith-Moore-Overlease Funeral Home, 723 N. First, Stockton, KS 67669.
