Carolyn K. Alexander 68, of Leavenworth died Friday, March 23, 2007 at her home. She was born January 31,1939 in Greenfield, Mo the daughter of Edward and Josephine (King) Ellis. On October 1, 1960 she married Clarence Alexander in Leavenworth he survives at the home. She is also survived by her daughters, Lisa Swaggerty of Leavenworth and Lynda (Robert) Hickmon of Westville, Okla. Other survivors are five grandchildren, Audra Armstrong of Leavenworth, Megan Armstrong of Topeka, Ks., Derrick Swaggerty of Leavenworth, Brandy Hickmon of Fort Smith, Ark., and Alex Hickmon of Westville, Okla., she also had three great-grandchildren
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Rosemary Harris.
She was retired from Wal-Mart where she had worked for 12 years.
A Memorial service will be at 2 pm Monday, March 26, 2007 at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. Inurnment will be at a later date in Greenfield, Mo with her parents.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Rosemary Harris.
She was retired from Wal-Mart where she had worked for 12 years.
