JARED ALAN EDWARD BROWN
April 4, 1994 ~ March 4, 2013
"He touched the lives of all he met."

Jared Alan Edward Brown, 18, of Surprise, Arizona, came home from school on Monday, March 4th, 2013 excited about everything. He was making plans for his date that night with his girlfriend, Amanda, and decided to take a nap. Sadly, Jared wasn't able to keep that date as he tragically, suddenly, and unexplainably passed away in his sleep.

Jared was born in Beaverton, Oregon to Alan Edward and Yvonne Michelle "Shelly" Brown.

He was a senior who was due to graduate in May 2013 and had planned on a career in law enforcement. He enjoyed paint ball, knives and cars.

Jared was very active in church, (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) and was looking forward to serving a church mission when he graduated from high school. He was in leadership positions at church and Boy Scouts.

Jared was funny, zany, always smiling and
always able to bring a smile to your face.
His laugh and wit and jokes would crack you up.

He is sadly missed by his big brother, Stephen, who reveled in letting Jared know that even though Jared was taller, he was still the "big brother". These two boys shared their lives as though they were twins doing everything together as best friends should. Their passion was wrestling and Kung Fu!

Jared was much loved by his dad, Alan; grandma and grandpa Tom; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mom, Shelly. They shared many talents and interests and will be reunited as they share a gospel mission in heaven.

Public viewing was held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Northwood Park Funeral Chapel in Ridgefield, Washington with the funeral service Thurs., March 14, 2013, at the LDS Church, St. John's Road and 50th Ave. in Vancouver, Washington. Further viewing was held two hours prior to the funeral.

Special thanks our to friends, family, church and school friends.
