Virginia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and never missed family get togethers. She and Earl used to love to go camping with family and friends. Everyone was always welcome in their home and she would always magically have food prepared for guests even when she didn't know they were coming. Surviving are her son, James (Jean) Richendollar of Cheboygan, her grandchildren, Wendy Schwarz, Jeffery (Tammy) Richendollar, Amy (Barry) Matthews, Betsy (Mark) Gahn, her great grandchildren, Olivia and Quintin Gahn, Kaya Schwarz, Cole, Connor, and Caitlynn Richendollar, and Dylan, Cooper, Dakota, Travis and Presley Matthews, a sister, Marybelle (Earl) Shepherd, brothers John and Charles Sheldon, and a sister in law, Doris Sheldon, all of Hardin County, Ohio, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Earl in 1997, a sister, Joan Kessler, and a brother, Monty Sheldon.
The Funeral Service was held on Monday, April 16 at the Evangelical Covenant Church, Rev. Carl Franzon officiated; burial was at Maple Grove Cemetery in Inverness Township.
