Age 83, formerly of Corry, PA, a daughter of the late James and Frances Gallagher Minogue.

Mrs. Costello was raised and educated in Brooklyn, N.Y. Following graduation from high school she worked for the U.S. Navy during WWII as a secretary and then as a nurses aide for Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y. Following her marriage she moved to the Corry area. She was a member of St. Jude's Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time at the Corry Senior Citizens Center and more recently at the West Erie Senior Center. She also enjoyed playing bingo and traveling to casino's.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Costello on November 11, 1998; a brother, James Minogue; and three grandchildren, Bartholomew and Christopher McQuiston in infancy and Theresa McQuiston.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Ann McQuiston of Erie; a son, John J. Costello and his wife, Mary of Erie, Pa. and a brother, John Minogue of Corry, PA; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be made in St. Thomas Cemetery in Corry, Pa.
