Reba Drinkard Pearson
Reba Drinkard Pearson, 65, of 2514 Fairview Avenue, died Thursday, March 5, 1998 in Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Herbert Penick Pearson.
She was born August 3, 1932 in Lynchburg, the daughter of the late William Leslie Drinkard and Beulah Smith Drinkard. She was a member of Jordan Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Peggy A. Stewart and Deborah Pearson of Lynchburg; one grandson Kevin A. Stewart of Amherst ; two brothers, James D. Drinkard of Madison Heights and William E. Drinkard of Lynchburg and a special friend, Kathleen Franklin of Concord.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Spring Hill Cemetery by Dr. Melvin H. Campbell.
The family will receive friends from 3 - 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Whitten Park Avenue Chapel.
