Mrs. Harry Schnell, 81, of R. 1, Hilbert, died unexpectedly this morning at Green Bay.
The former Ida Schubring, she was born March 30, 1889 in the town of Brillion, a daughter of the late Manrow and Caroline Persohn Schubring. She married Harry Schnell May 9, 1912 in the town of Brillion. Mrs. Schnell was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, Forest Junction, its Open Door Bible Society and the W.S.C.S.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Lesley, R. 1, Hilbert; a sister, Mrs. Cora Runge, of St. Paul, Minn., three grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. A son, Alton, who died in 1969, and a daughter and two sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Zion United Methodist Church in Forest Junction with the Rev. Frank Wolf officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home, Brillion, after 3 p.m. Sunday until 10:30 a.m. Monday, and at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of services.
