NESS CITY - Viola Helen Schniepp, 90, died
Jan. 11, 1990, at Ness County Hospital, Ness
City, of natural causes.
She was born Dec. 10, 1899, at Bison, the
daughter of George Ficken and Helen Bernreuter.
She lived in Ness City since 1928 and was a
housewife.
She was a member of the United Methodist
Church, the United Methodist Women, and the
Women's Christian Temperance Union, all of
Ness City.
On June 25, 1919, she married Carl J.
Schniepp at Bison. He died Aug. 7,1979.
Survivors include: three sons, Cecil E.,
Wichita, Glenn H., Bazine,
and Robert D., Ness City; 12 grandchildren;
and 29 greatgrandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday
at the United Methodist Church, Ness City,
the Rev. Don Snyder presiding. Burial will
be in the Ness City Cemetery. Memorials may
be sent to the United Methodist Church, Ness
City, in care of Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City.
