Musician. One of the founding members and bassist for the Southern Rock band, The Outlaws. Frank played on their first two albums, "The Outlaws" and "Lady in Waiting". He also penned the song "Keep Prayin" found on Lady in Waiting. In 1976 Frank sustained a broken neck in an accident and subsequently left the band after the completion of their second album. The broken neck led to a lifetime of dependency on pain killers and may have contributed to his death at the age of 44.
