He was commonly known as "Cheeks" or "Bill". He was the best father in the world. There wasn't a thing that he wouldn't do, to take care of his kids. He leaves behind Dawn, Danielle, Teena, Davina, Keshia, Shawn, Denise, Marlon, Timmy, and Tee-Tee. He will be greatly missed.
