Dean M. Snowberger,31 of 26 Fairview Ave. died at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday, March 15 in the Waynesboro Hospital after becoming critically ill on Saturday. His death was attributed to heart failure.

He was born in Waynesboro, Feb 5, 1952, son of Mrs. Helen M. (Cline) Snowberger of the home address and the late Paul G. Snowberger, Sr. All of his life was lived in Waynesboro.

He had worked at the Zip Oil Co. Service Station and for several years was later employed as a cook and steward at the Owls Club. He was last employed as a watchman at the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the American Legion, VFW, Mechanics Fire Co., Fraternal Order of Eagles, Loyal Order of Moose, Owls Club and Order of Owls.

In addition to his mother he is survived by two brothers; Paul G. Snowberger, Jr. Waynesboro and Gary R. Snowberger, Wayne Heights.

The funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Grove Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. Howard Smith.

Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 Thursday.
