Actress. A perky leading lady of silent films, she often appeared in comedies as a carefree flapper. Her credits include "His Hidden Talent" (1917), "Hearts of Oak" (1922), "The Pest" (1922), "Icebound" (1924), "Risky Business" (1926), "Corporal Kate" (title role, 1926), "The Divine Sinner" (1928), and "Hell Bent for Frisco" (1931). Reynolds was born in Richmond, Virginia. In 1926 she became a "WAMPAS Baby Star", an annual promotional gimmick that launched the careers of several actresses, although by then she was already established in Hollywood. Reynolds made 55 films before retiring soon after the arrival of talkies. She was married to actor-writer-director Robert Ellis from 1926 until her death.
