Minnie Belle (THAYER) STINCHFIELD was the daughter of Isaac Hersey THAYER (b. 1823) & Eliza Ann COOPER.

Minnie married Charles Whitney Sr. STINCHFIELD, as his second wife, on 2d 8m 1884 in Ionia, Ionia Co, Michigan. They were 2nd cousins as both were great-grandchildren of James Sr. & Alethea (POOL) HERSEY of Sumner, Oxford Co, Maine.
