William Bogan, 53, formerly of Norway, NY, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. Born in Butler, PA, he was the son of Robert and the late Naomi (Dennis) Bogan. William was married to Deborah, the daughter of Homer and Alma Gokey. Deb and Bill were married for 25 wonderful years. He was a member of the United States Marine Corps. After serving his country, Bill worked as a sheet metal mechanic for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors, where he could go hunting and fishing. Bill was a caring father who loved his girls. Survived by his wife, Deborah (Gokey) Bogan; two daughters, Kimberly Bogan of Florida, and Ashley Bogan, who lives at home; his father, Robert Bogan of PA; five sisters, Margie Dvoracek of CO, Kathy Wright of OH, Connie Grandville of PA, Rosie Crider of PA, Mary Miller of PA; and six brothers, Robert Bogan of CO, David Bogan of PA, Fred Bogan of PA, Charlie Bogan of IA, Floyd Bogan of PA, John Bogan of PA. Predeceased by his mother, Naomi Bogan in 2004, and his brother, Michael Dennis in 2002. Family and friends may call Today, Sunday, from 11-1 p.m. at Sears-Middleton-Jones Funeral Home, 209 N.
