Tuscaloosa - Celeste T. Ward, 68, of 12200 Brant Ward Road, died July 11, 1999. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Heritage Chapel with burial to follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Alfred E. Ward; daughter Wendi Ward Hinton (John) of Houston, Tex., and Mara Ward Skelton (Bill) of Vance; sister, Marie Miller (Kenneth) of Coaling; grandchildren, Travis Hinton, Nathan Hinton and Darcy Hinton of Houston, Tex.; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Bessie Taylor.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Ward, Jimmy Montgomery, Terry Sanford, Mike Merriam, Jack Brown and Ted Jackson.
