Robert Joseph Folliard Sr. a first generation Irish-American was born November 15, 1896 in Brooklyn N.Y. to Patrick Folliard and Nora Gannon Folliard. He died in Montgomery County, Md. May 5, 1988. He was predeceased by his parents, brothers Thomas B. Folliard, John D. Folliard and Alphonsus Folliard and infant sisters Rose Marie Folliard and Regina Folliard, infant son Thomas B. Folliard and daughter Patricia Mary Folliard Dugan Livingston. He is survived by his wife Catherine Molloy Folliard and children Katherine Folliard Frene, Robert J. Folliard Jr., Dorothy Folliard Bernier, Mary Folliard Wieseman, Thomas G. Folliard and Glenn D. Folliard.
