Julie Lynn Jones
Julie Lynn Jones, age 36, of Worthington, Ohio, passed away Wednesday evening, Dec. 17, 1997, at her home following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Bucyrus on Sept. 19, 1961, to Robert F. Henning Jr. and Shirley (Schrader) Henning who survive in Morral.
Julie was a 1979 graduate of Ridgedale High School and a 1983 graduate of Ohio State University.
She married Clifton Jones on Sept 19, 1986, and he survives in Worthington.
A member of Fairpark Community Baptist Church, she was an accounting clerk at J.A.E. Co. in Columbus.
Also surviving are her daughters, Jennifer Ann and Alyssa Marie; her son, David Lee, all at home; her sisters, Melinda Henning of Youngstown and Polly Kramer of Upper Sandusky; her mother and father-in-law, Clifford and Jessie Jones of Marion; her paternal grandparents, Robert and Mary Henning of Morral; her maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Schrader of Wyandot; her very close friend, Sharon Montgomery; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Scott L. Henning, and her maternal grandfather, Lewis Schrader.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the Hughes-Allen Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Durtsche officiating.
Burial will follow in Brush ridge Cemetery. Friends may call 2-4 p.m. Saturday and 2-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Julie Lynn Jones Fund at J.A.E. Co.
