Returned to the States, March 6, 1919, aboard the USS Leviathan, docking Hoboken, NJ. Marched in the " Welcome Home Parade for the 27th Division ", March 25, 1919, up 5th Avenue, in New York City. Discharged as Mess Sergeant, April 1, 1919, Camp Upton, NY.
