Services Will Be Held Monday afternoon
Miss Bessie Allen, 82, sister of the late Congressman Alfred G. Allen, died of complications at Cincinnati Friday morning following an illness of 14 years.
The daughter of the late Isaac B. & Eliza W. Allen she was born in Wilmington, September 1, 1860. She had resided in Cincinnati for a number of years.
funeral services will be conducted ny Rev.Vernon Van Buren at the First Methodist Church here, Monday at 2 P.M. Interment will be in Sugar Grove cemetery.
