Our beloved husband, father, brother, and friend passed away peacefully Thursday, August 4, 2005 at his residence, age 67 years. He was born October 25, 1937 in Bay City to the late Casmer and Rose (Herek) Piotrowski. He married Judy A. Ciesielski and she survives him.
Leonard was employed with A & P Grocery Company and retired with over 40 years of dedicated service as a meat cutter. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Council #4102. He enjoyed helping with the Parish Festival, watching many different sporting events, and playing golf. Leonard was predeceased by an infant sister, Dorothy.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, August 8, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. from St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Fr. Patrick C. O'Connor will celebrate Mass and private interment will take place in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. No visitation will be held at the Ambrose Funeral Home. Friends may call at the church only on Monday from 8:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be considered to All Saints Educational Foundation.
