Born May 26, 1925, in Kent, he resided in Akron with his loving and devoted wife of 48 years, Mary.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Carrie; his brother, Garnet; his sisters, Eleanor and Mildred; and grandson, Jesse.
Paul was a retired meatcutter, and had a passion for spending time with children and grandchildren. With a loving heart, he raised two families as one. Building puzzles and doing hook rugs with his family was a great joy. He was a talented woodworker and always enjoyed shopping for his family. He was absolutely the most patient, loving, and caring father to six children. He will be greatly missed by his family, including 14 grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary; sons, Kenny, Larry (Mary), Chuck (Nancy) Keele, Rodney (Cathy) Keiper; daughters, Susan and Dianna (Dave) Black; grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin, Sean, Nicole, Michael, Jeffrey, Danielle, Tiffany, Katie, Tyler, Kendra, Leandra, Melissa, Carrie; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be at Adams Mason Memorial Chapel with Pastor Deborah Wissner officiating. Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
