Mrs. G. W. Shannon Expired at Colver
Mrs. Ida Mae Nagle Shannon, 55, wife of George W. Shannon died Saturday night at her home in Colver after an illness of several months. She was born July 3, 1888 in Barr Township. Surviving are her husband and 10 children - Mrs. Margaret Podhor, Mrs. Nora Pawlowski and Viola Shannon, all of Philadelphia. Mrs. Ruth Conley of Colver, Thomas of Patton, George Jr., Munster, Mrs. Mary Eddings of Clymer, Roberta member of the Navy, and Ida Mae and Theresa both at home. Also surviving are two brothers Augustus and John Nagle. Funeral services were conducted at 9 o'clock yesterday morning in the Holy Family Catholic Church by Rev. Father J.J. Gura. Internment will be at St. Michael's in Loretto.
