Howard Edward Fulcer passed away at age 81.

Howard was born in Hortonville WI, first child of Edward Jr and Nettie (Clish) Fulcer.

He served in the US Navy from 1941-1947 during WWII aboard the USS August (cruiser) and USS Aulick (destroyer), served in the Naval Reserves for 4 years, and from 1951-1952 aboard the USS Steinaker (destroyer) during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of DAV.

Howard married Lillian Louise Schnell 19 Feb 1944 at Bethlehem Ev Lutheran Church, Hortonville WI.

Children: Gary
