United States Army Major was killed in action when when his helicopter crashed while evacuating wounded in Vietnam. Major Gundaker, formerly of Union, was a 1955 graduate of Rutgers and a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon social fraternity. The major's body is being flown back to Oakland, California and then on to Virginia for burial in Arlington National Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Natalie Kaiser of Newport News, Virginia. She was a former member of the Douglass College class of 1956. He also leaves three children, his parents and a brother
