A.T. Quick III-Dies in Veterans Hospital
Austin Tunis Quick III, 42 of 20 A Amelia Ave., died Saturday at the Veterans Hospital in Columbia after an illness of five year.
Funeral services were held Monday in Lynchburg,Va.
A native of Lynchburg, Mr. Quick was a son of Austin T. Quick Jr. of Mount Pleasant and Mrs. Victoria Kinnier Quick of Lynchburg. He was a World War II veteran and before his illness was employed at Naval Base. He was a member of Westminister Presbyterian Church.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his widow, Mrs. Pauline Pearson Quick: a son Austin T. Quick IV, a daughter Mildred Quick, both of Charleston, and two brothers, Robert B. and William K. Quick, both of Lynchburg.
