Henry G Jewett, 93 of Kirkner, LA., Maplewood, formerly a mason contractor and co-owner of the Jewett Rondering Co., Colonie, died Saturday at Leonard Hospital after a brief illness.
A lifelong resident of Maplewood, he was the widower of Sarah Bailey Jewett. He is survived by two sons; Frank and William; three daughters, Mrs. Ernest Forgette, Mrs. Michael Greshiak, and Mrs. John Sykela, all of Maplewood; a brother Walter Jewett and a sister, Mrs. Daisy Zeller, both of Watervliet. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday from the Marra Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Gardens, Colonie.
