July 21, 1925 - May 24, 2007

Age 81, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. Margie was born on July 21, 1925 in Lebanon (Waupaca County) daughter of the late Art and Margaret (Loughrin) Crain. On February 12, 1949 she was united in marriage to Clair Flease. In 1972 Margie and Clair founded, Wolf River Trips and Campgrounds. During her retirement she enjoyed many winters in Florida. She also enjoyed golfing and spending time with her children and watching her grandchildren grow.

Margie is survived by her beloved husband Clair; six daughters: Mary (Daniel) Schott, Sturgeon Bay; Joan (Jack) Martin, New London; Teresa Flease, Neenah; Janet (Stan) Koplien, Weyauwega; Patty (Don) Krostue, New London; Kay (Dave) Wagner, Hilbert; four sons: John (Cindy) Flease, Manawa; Mark (Jennie) Flease, Fremont; Gary (Sandy) Flease, New London; and Bill Flease, Weyauwega; two brothers: Bill (Susie) Crain, Germantown; Bob (Gail) Crain, New London; three sisters: Kate (Arnie) Tennie, New London; Dave (Regina) Bricco, New London; Marie (Judd) Jagoditsch, New London. She is further survived by nineteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Besides her parents Margie is preceded in death by two brothers Jack and Art (Pat) Crain and a son Jim. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Sandy and the hospice staff along with the staff at Kindered Hearts, and other home care providers, for the wonderful care and love that was given to Margie.

Funeral Mass for Margie will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 11:00a.m. at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in New London with Fr. David Lewis officiating. Interment will be in the Ostrander Northport Cemetery. Friends may call at the Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London on Monday, May 28, 2007 from 4-8p.m. a 7:30 prayer service will be held. Friends may also call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 9:00a.m. until the cortege leaves for church at 10:45a.m.
