Hugh K. Ashcraft (1937 - 2013)
Hugh K. Ashcraft 76, of Forkston, died Sunday July 21, 2013, at the Golden Living Center in Tunkhannock. Hugh was born on June 3, 1937, son of the late Norman and Pauline Krewson Ashcraft. He was a 1957 graduate of the Tunkhannock Area High School and received his bachelor's degree in dairy science from the Pennsylvania State University.
He is survived by his two children sons: Eric and wife Leah of Minnesota, and Mark and wife Sarah of Oregon; sister Paulette Conrad of Forkston; nephew Jeremy Conrad of Forkston, niece Jaime Mertz of Sellersville; and three grandchildren: Dylan, Austin and Carah Ashcraft. Funeral services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be made to the Forkston Cemetery Association. Arrangements by Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 West Tioga St., Tunkhannock.
