She was a cook at the Elder Care Center. She was a dedicated member and officer of the Carnegie Victory Club (her grandmothers and sisters were founders.) She was later the treasurer, and a member of Esa-Rosa Whitewolf descendent.
Eva is survived by:2 daughters: Lee Colorado and husband, Dennis of Flagstaff, AZ, Michelle Whitewolf of Anadarko, OK; 2 sons: CC Whitewolf and wife Marcy of Lawrence, KS BJ Tapedo of Lawrence, KS 2 grandsons: Cloud (Merv) Spicer of Flagstaff, AZ Randy Whitewolf of the home sister: Margie "Lupe" Diaz of Lawton, OK 8 grandchildren: Devin, Charles, P-Nut and JonJon Whitewolf all of Anadarko,OK Arianna Bird of Mt. Pleasant, MI Elvin and Thomas Berryhill of Mtn. View, OK Candy Berryhill of Oklahoma City, OK special great grandaughter: Embree Adlaid Whitewolf of Carnegie, OK special sister: Kay Rubio, Carnegie, OK numerous other grandchildren
Eva is preceded in death by her parents: Charlie and Ruby (Redbird) High; son: Boe Whitewolf; grandson: Sean Toppah-Whitewolf; sisters: Helen Slattery, Thelma Pahcheka, Linda McKinney, Frieda High; Brothers: Roger and Jerry High; maternal grandparents: Late Moses and Beulah Tineyuah and late Charlie Redbird; paternal grandparents: Late Tseah and Chanasy; special sister Lena Kaulaity.
Eva enjoyed watching her grandkids play sports, was an Carnegie Wildcat fan, Dallas Cowboys fan, OU Sooner football and basketball fan. She enjoyed watching figure skating and all her shows on VH1. She liked going to pow-wows, especially watch her son CC dance, going to handgames, and playing bingo. But most of all she loved playing her machine the wolf run and wild wolves at the Hill at Gold River Casino. Mom was a good cook and taught us all her children/grandsons how to cook. Mom taught CC how to make fry bread. Not naming games but Lee and Randy didn't pick-up the cooking skills, Aye', just playing with you two.
Wake Service will be held at 7:00 PM, Thursday, December 5, 2015 at Ray & Martha's Funeral Home Chapel, Carnegie. Funeral Service will be on at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 6, 2015 at Red Buffalo Hall, Carnegie, Oklahoma with Duke H. Tsoodle, Jr. and Tom Wooster officiating. Burial will follow at High Family Cemetery, Ft. Cobb, under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie.
