Frank Blanchard died June 23, 1924
Ticonderoga Sentinel June 26, 1924:

Frank L. Blanchard, 45, formally of this place,died at his home in Ft. Edward Monday morning at 8 o;clock, following an illness of one week of pleuro pneumonia. Mr Blanchard was a past grand of the Jane McCrea Lodge #267, I.O.O.F., a past chief patriarch of Hudson Valley Encampment # 113 and a member of Queen of the Hudson Rebekah Lodge. He was secretary of the Ft. Edward Carpenter local. Besides his wife, he
is survived by one daughter, Miss Frances; one son, Louis; four brothers, W.C. Blanchard of this place, George H Blanchard of South Glens Falls, Charles E. Blanchard of Quincy, Illinois and Alfred
Blanchard of Albany and three sisters; Mrs M J Conley, Mrs B A Hall both of Ticonderoga, and Mrs Charles Bombadier of Lowell, Mass. The funeral services were held from St. James Episcopal Church, Ft. Edward at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon, the Rev C V Kling of Lansingburg officiating. Interment was made in Union Cemetery where the Odd Fellows service was conducted.
