MRS. NANCY LARUE:
- Mrs. Nancy LaRue, 70, widow of Whitfield LaRue died Saturday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Albert Hinckley of 105 Academy Avenue. She was born in Montague Township, August 27, 1853 a daughter of Isaac L. and Sarah E. Houghtaling Lawson. Mr. LaRue died in Howells about 10 years ago. Mrs. LaRue was a member of the Methodist Church of Sparrowbush, NY. Surviving her are the following children: Melissa, wife of Albert Hinckley; Bessie, wife of John Sheppard; Georgia, wife of Samual Brundage; Jennie, wife of George Burnett; and Clark LaRue all of this city.; and Jacob LaRue, of Ontario Canada. One brother Samuel Lawson; of Sussex County, New Jeresy, several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.
The private funeral service which will be held at the Funeral Chapel of Isaac J. Hasbrousk, Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock will be in charge of Rev. B.M. Denniston. Interment will be made in the family plot in Howells Cemetery.
