Myrtle F. Feltgen, 81, of St. Charles died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2006, at Geneva Care Center in Geneva. She was born Feb. 6, 1925, in Lily Lake, to Alex and Minnie (nee Deckert) Anderson.

Visitation was held Sept. 10 at Yurs Funeral Home in St. Charles. Services were held Sept. 11 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in St. Charles. Burial was at Blackberry Cemetery, Elburn.

Mrs. Feltgen was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in St. Charles, an active member of the Lutheran Church Women and a Girl Scout leader.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Henry; two children, Cheryl (Christopher Sheehan) Feltgen of Seattle, and Kathy (Steven) Billington of Golconda; four grandchildren, Sarah Janssen, Erin Brown, Ethan Billington and Emily Billington; three great-grandchildren, Hannah Janssen, Abigail Janssen and Austin Brown; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, William Anderson; and a sister, Hazel (Howard) Berglund.
