Wendy Lenore Albright aided adoptees and helped run Summit H.S. reunions. Wendy was a friend, sister, and aunt. She died on Jan. 18, 2016, in West Orange, N.J., after a valiant battle with cancer. A celebration of Wendy's life for family and friends was held on April 2 at the Essex Green Clubhouse, 182 Marion Drive, West Orange, N.J.

Wendy grew up in Summit, N.J., and enjoyed playing a large part in finding her classmates for various class of 1962 Summit High School reunions. She retired from Goldberg Realty Associates in West Caldwell after more than 30 years; her previous employment included retail sales at Wiss Jewelers, ski instruction, and work in the insurance industry. For over 10 years, Wendy assisted many adoptees and birth parents through her efforts with the New Jersey and New York City ALMA adoption support groups. She was an active member of her condo association and had loved owning Old English Sheepdogs.

Wendy is survived by her sister, Nancy, and her husband, two nieces, Melissa and Liann, and their husbands and families.
