LOLITA - Carolyn Joyce Land Neal left this earth on August 12, 2016. She was born November 16, 1943, in Strasburg, Missouri to Donald and Della Land. She had one baby sister, Dawn.

Caroline (as her husband Wayne liked calling her just to be a pain the butt) was the glue of our family. She was greatly loved, and loved greatly. She always took care of us with untold cookie jars full of her famous chocolate chip cookies.

She was so tender hearted. A fond lover of cats, more cats, and too many darn cats. She actually mentioned in her will that we'd better take care of her cats!

She was proceeded in death by her mother Della Land, her father Donald Land, baby sister Dawn Akins, and son Christopher Neal.

I know this obituary is a little late, but she didn't want us to make a big fuss. And per her insistence, we did not have a service. However, she will be laid to rest on September 17, 2016, with her husband Wayne-Together Forever.
