On Saturday, December 30, 2006 at the Knollwood Military Retirement Residence in Washington, DC. Beloved husband of Lydie W. Clay; father of Frank Jr., Cathleen Ketcham and Christine Tanski; grandfather of David Dion, Patricia Casey Clay and Frank B. Clay IV. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 9 a.m. at the Old Post Chapel, Fort Myer, VA, with interment to follow at Arlington Cemetery.
