Connie was retired from the State of Michigan and a member of South Church of the Nazarene, Lansing. She enjoyed selling Avon, advocating for Weight Watchers, doing her yearly garage sale, and was passionate about Relay For Life. Connie especially enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her grandkids to the moon and back.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Henry Hoadley, daughter Janice (Charles) Buckner; grandchildren Candace and Christopher Buckner; sisters: Laura Pratt, Pam (Jim) Blain, Robin (Jamie) Sizemore, brother Mike (Tammy) Poole, and sister-in-law Nancy (Ken) Porter, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Jack, her parents, Blaine Poole and Joan Neal, and brother Gary Poole.
Funeral services will be held April 21, 2017 at at South Church of the Nazarene in Lansing with Pastor Brad Dyrness officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Grand Ledge. Visitation will be held Thursday 6-8 p.m. at the Peters & Murray Funeral Home, Grand Ledge.
