He was an Ann Arbor resident for 30 years prior to moving to Clinton last July and for many years was employed as a tug captain for Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Co. Besides his wife he is survived by a brother, Franklin of Monticello, Ark; and a sister, Mrs. Cluda Mitchell of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
