Mr. Hibblen was born in Meaford, son of the late Herbert and Elizabeth Barr Hibblen. In 1926 he married the former Thelma E. Baker who survives. He was an Ann Arbor resident for 30 years prior to moving to Clinton last July and for many years was employed as a tug captain for Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Co. Besides his wife he is survived by a brother, Franklin of Monticello, Ark; and a sister, Mrs. Cluda Mitchell of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
