Dorothy Louise "Dottie" (Fisher) Card Wells
Born March 5th, 1940 in Melrose, Iowa
Daughter of
Leland "Lee" Troy Fisher & Lillian Mary (Rodamaker) Fisher.
She joins a brother Rollo James Fisher at home.

Dorothy Louise "Dottie" Fisher married William "Bill" Henry Card on January 30, 1960 at the United Methodist Church in Nashua, Iowa. To this union were 2 children. Rachelle Renee and Romaine Ray. They divorced in Chickasaw County, Iowa in 1961.

Dottie married Richard Allen "Dick" Wells on June, 19th, 1965 at the Pleasant Hill Church in Nashua, Iowa. They were married 37 years until they were parted by her death.. Dick lovingly adopted Rachelle Renee and Romaine Ray as his very own children. In 1966 Dorothy and Dick had Rosena Rae Wells.

Dorothy died at her home at 1224 Main Street in Nashua, Iowa from Cancer on February 25, 2002.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Lillian (Rodamaker) Fisher, and two Grand daughters, Savanah Noel Beatty (A twin to Little Robert) September 11, 1989, the daughter of Robert & Rosena Beatty of Nashua, Iowa ; and Whitney Ellen Wells, November
15, 1992, the daughter of Romaine & Chris
Wells. A nephew David Lee Fisher April 4, 1998, son of her brother Rollo & Arlene Fisher; Her 1st husband William "Bill" Card 3-10-1998.

Dorothy Louise "Dottie" (Fisher) Wells is survived by her husband, Richard Allen "Dick" Wells, Her Daughter, Pastor Rachelle Renee Wells Piper- Bobenmoyer and Her children, Jennifer Renee Shepard-Theis,(David), Jessica Lee, Jamie Lee, Jeremy Dean Usher, Jazz Lynn Usher- Baldwin and Chloe Usher-Bobenmoyer. All of New Hampton, Iowa.
Her Son: Romaine Ray Wells (Chris), Brock and Katey Wells, of Charles City, Iowa.
Daughter: Rosena Rae Wells Beatty (Robert), Justin, Lillee, Robert, Aron Beatty, of Nashua, Iowa.
Great Grandchildren: Levi Xavier Logue, Dawson James Theis, Ethan Wyatt Theis and Braydon Reese Usher-Brudevold; her brother Rollo (Arlene) Fisher of Nashua, Iowa and many other niece & Nephews, relatives and friends.

Services were held at the United Methodist Church 314 Brasher Street in Nashua, Iowa with a lunch being held after the burial at Sunnyside Memory Gardens in Charles City, Iowa.
