Ralph Francis Carine was born in 1908 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, the adopted son of John Carine and Anna Patricia Kennedy and the biological son of Morris and Anna Glauberg.

Ralph married Gertrude Ann Romkey in 1933 in Newton, Massachusetts. Their wedding announcement appeared in the Jul 1933 Newton Graphic:

"CARINE-ROMKEY. On last Sunday afternoon at four, Bernard’s Church, West Newton, Gertrude Anne Romkey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin A. Romkey of 110 Derby st., became the bride of Ralph Francis Carine, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Carine of Brighton. T. A. O’Brien performed the ceremony. The bride wore an old fashioned flowered gown with juliet cap and site carried a bouquet of regal lilies. The maid of honor, Miss Ethel E. Murphy of Cherry st., West Newton wore a gown of yellow mousseline de soie, a large picture hat of yellow horse-hair and carried a bouquet of hill roses and delphinium. John Kelleher of Brighton was best man. Miss Esther Costello presided at the organ and Miss Katherine Donahue was soloist. They will reside at 110 Derby st., West Newton."

Ralph and Gertrude had no children. Ralph was an engineer in Waltham, Massachusetts with Raytheon.

Ralph died in 1957 Boston.
