Louie S. Williams, 73, of Bingham died 4:30 a.m. Wednesday (April 26, 1978) in Pana Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Mount Carmel Baptist Church, near Ramsey, with visitation after 5 p.m. Friday in Allen & Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Church Cemetery, near Ramsey. Memorials: Heart Fund.
Mr. Williams was born in Fayette County, son of Thomas and Tillie Williams. He was a retired farmer and member of the Mount Carmel Baptist Church. He married Elizabeth Spears in 1938.
Surviving are his wife; sons, Dale, Bob and Patrick, all of Bingham; Richard of Sycamore; daughter, Mrs. Steve (Peggy) Randle of Springfield; brothers, Sollie of New Hall, Calif.; Earl of Fillmore; Menifee of Tucson, Ariz.; sister, Mrs. Lester (Orpha) Sanders of Nokomis; 11 grandchildren.
Nine brothers and sisters preceded him in death.
