She was a daughter of Marie Todd. She graduated Canton High School in 1960. She worked as a nurse’s aide in Watertown before moving to Pyrites where she worked in Home Health and did house cleaning.
She was a member of Pyrites Volunteer Fire Department and St. Lawrence County Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid fan of the NY Giants, the Yankees and SLU Hockey.
Surviving were two daughters, Kathy Hand and Kelly Hamilton; two sons, David and Gerald; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son Scott who died in 1984, when he came in contact of 115.000 volts while climbing a tower.
