Georgia L. Furniss, 95, of Asheville, passed away January 11, 2019.

Mrs. Furniss is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas J. Furniss.

She is survived by her daughter, Leesa D. Furniss of Morrisville, NC; and sister, Myrtle Lytle of Clemmons, NC.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 1:00 to 2:00pm at Harwood Home for Funerals with a celebration of life service immediately following.

Burial will be in Stone Mountain Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
