Shannon is predeceased by her mother. She is survived by her loving husband of 10 years, Jesse Brutcher; siblings, Kelly (Jo Helen) Legare and their children Emily and Aidan, Andrew Legare, and Christopher (Jean) Legare and their children Alexis and Patricia; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Cynthia Brutcher; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jeromy and Andrea Brutcher and their children Austin and Alex; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Shannon was employed by Tompkins County as a mental health therapist. She enjoyed four wheeling with her husband, her dog Brutus, concerts and time spent with her family.
Relatives and friends are welcome to Sullivan's Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St. at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY on Friday, June 30, 2017 from 4PM - 5 PM. Her Memorial Services will be held at the conclusion of hours with Rev. Sheila Price officiating.
In lieu of flowers, Shannon may be remembered through a contribution to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 1200-A Scottsville Road, Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14624.
