Angels swooped down and gently carried Laie Kathleen Rayne "Lulu" Harding to the waiting arms of Jesus on Thursday, July 25, 2019.
Diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma in September of 2016, Lulu gave all that she had to fight the disease that ravaged her body. She passed away at Children's Hospital in Birmingham at 12:34pm. In the end, this precious child of God won the battle ~ her body is now healed and Heaven is her eternal home.
A Celebration of Life was held on Tuesday, July 30th. Attendees were asked to wear bright clothing. Following the service, Lula was laid to rest in a beautiful fuschia pink casket. In addition to her parents, she is survived by six brothers, four sisters, and her grandparents.
