Loving grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, friend, sister, wife, mother. Forever missed, loved, and remembered. Predeceased by her husband, Walter Zygmundt Ochalek, her daughter, Cheryl Kay Baker, and her son in law, Raymond James "Jay" Ackerson. She worked as a nurse's receptionist for many years and was married to my Grandfather until his death in 1999. They met in Hamtramck at a Halloween dance. She loved kids and all of her family. She was very proud of her polish heritage. My Grandma is forever missed.
