Mrs. Sarah Arnold, who had passed her 86th year, died Thursday at 8:30 p.m. at the home of her son, Charley where she had resided the past two months. She had for the past six years lived in Palmyra. She was the mother of eleven children. Four sons survive: Tobe and Robert of Carrollton, William and Charley of Palmyra, also a number grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Zion Baptist church. Her funeral was held at the Stults Funeral Home, Saturday at 1:30 o'clock. Burial was in the Land cemetery near Scottville. Date of death is not on headstone.
